|Looking for a Sherlock Holmes Play...

Forgive me if this doesn't belong here on booksearch since I'm technically searching for a play, but...|
I've been searching like mad for the script of a play I saw with a friend when we were kids. It was a non-canon Sherlock Holmes story - it began with a bunch of dead people being carried off a ship in the dockyards and featured a kind of rat in a cage which bites Sherlock Holmes. Holmes gets sick and then dies - meaning they have to disguise Mrs. Hudson (I think) as Holmes for a while, but then Holmes reveals that he is, in fact, alive...I seem to remember that there's a scene where a woman is tied to a wheel and there's a giant mouse and she screams and then faints. I also remember that the Baker Street Irregulars figure heavily into the story. I imagine that it has something to do with the Giant Rat of Sumatra, but I'm pretty sure that isn't the name of the play...
If anyone is familiar with this play, or knows where I can find the script, please let me know!
